Orthopedic, Spine and Joint Recovery
Post-surgical follow-ups, physical therapy, and the steady stream of visits that come after a procedure.
Private-pay NEMT · Dallas, Fort Worth, Texas
Pre-scheduled transportation for adults in recovery, treatment, and rehabilitation, with ambulatory and wheelchair-accessible service across Dallas, Fort Worth, Texas and the surrounding areas.
When the appointments cannot be missed
You are already carrying a lot: work, your own family, and a calendar of appointments that cannot be missed. A driver who runs late or never shows is not an inconvenience. It can mean a missed infusion, a delayed follow-up, or a setback in recovery.

Who we serve
EverRise focuses on recovery paths where consistency matters: rehabilitation, treatment series, follow-ups, and recurring therapy appointments.

Post-surgical follow-ups, physical therapy, and the steady stream of visits that come after a procedure.

Scheduled treatment series where dependable arrival and return transportation help families avoid last-minute stress.

Repeated therapy and specialist visits for riders who may need more time, patience, and careful wheelchair support.
Need a ride planned?
Why we exist
I kept seeing the same thing in my community. Someone had an appointment on the calendar, and whether they got there came down to which family member could leave work to drive them. I started EverRise so the ride is one less thing the family has to scramble to cover.
For 10+ years, Joseph was a medical and court interpreter and case manager in Fort Worth — close enough to families and providers to watch appointments get missed over nothing but the ride. EverRise is his answer: CPR-certified healthcare transportation, confirmed the day before, on time at the door, and walked through with the family first.
How it works
Share the schedule for one visit or a full course of treatment.
Pickup details are arranged in advance so nothing is left to chance.
Courteous transportation there and back, with assistance to the door and wheelchair securement when needed.
For recurring care, we track your package and keep the next appointment planned.
For care teams and facilities
EverRise helps families and care teams coordinate private-pay transportation for rehabilitation, therapy, infusion, post-surgical follow-ups, and return visits.
Our commitment
EverRise is a new company, but the standard behind it is not. Every rider and every family should know what to expect before the first appointment is scheduled.
As we serve our first families, their stories will live here.
Questions families ask
A few details families usually want clear before scheduling private-pay medical transportation.
EverRise is a private-pay transportation service, so we do not bill Medicaid or insurance. For many families, a private-pay plan means more control over recurring appointments without broker delays.
Single round trips start at $100, and recurring care packages of 3, 6, or 9 trips lower the per-trip cost. We will build a plan around your appointments and give you an exact quote before booking.
