EverRise drivers help riders and families move through appointment days with patience, preparation, and clear communication.
Requirements — please read before applying
Every EverRise driver represents the company inside the homes and care facilities of the families we serve. All drivers must successfully complete:
- A criminal background check.
- Pre-employment and random drug screenings.
- A Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) driving record review (MVR).
Please do not apply if you have more than two at-fault accidents, more than two moving violations, or more than two total in any combination within the last five years — or if you use drugs recreationally. Applicants who do not meet these standards will not be considered.
The role

Rider assistance
Drivers help riders get to and from the vehicle, follow mobility notes, and support wheelchair securement when needed.
Family communication
Drivers keep trip details clear, follow dispatch instructions, and communicate delays or updates before confusion builds.
Professional standards
Drivers are expected to follow company procedures, vehicle protocols, trip documentation, and service standards on every trip.
