Why Joseph started EverRise
I kept seeing the same challenge in my community. People had medical appointments scheduled, but getting there often depended on whether a family member could leave work or rearrange their entire day to help. Families were doing their best, but the burden was real. I started EverRise Care Solutions to make transportation one less thing families have to scramble to cover.
For 10+ years, Joseph was a medical and court interpreter and case manager in Fort Worth, close enough to families and providers to watch appointments get missed over nothing but the ride. EverRise is his answer: CPR-certified healthcare transportation, confirmed the day before, on time at the door, and walked through with the family first.

Do you accept Medicaid or insurance?
EverRise is a private-pay transportation service, so we do not bill Medicaid or insurance. For many families, a private-pay plan means more control over recurring appointments without broker delays.
What does transportation cost?
Single round trips start at $100, and recurring care packages of 3, 6, or 9 trips lower the per-trip cost. We will build a plan around your appointments and give you an exact quote before booking.
Do you provide wheelchair-accessible transportation?
Yes. We offer ambulatory and wheelchair-accessible transportation, with careful securement and patient assistance to and from the door.
Who do you transport?
Adults in recovery, treatment, and rehabilitation, including orthopedic and post-surgical recovery, oncology and infusion, and neuro or stroke rehabilitation.
How far in advance should I schedule?
We work best with pre-scheduled appointments so every pickup is confirmed in advance. Same-day requests may be accommodated based on availability.
What areas do you serve?
We serve DFW: Dallas, Fort Worth, Texas, and the surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether your pickup and destination are covered, call and we will let you know.
Can a family member ride along?
In most cases, yes. One family member or caregiver can ride along, space permitting. Let us know when you schedule so we can plan for the seat.

Yes. EverRise is licensed and insured, and the team provides CPR-certified support.
